Meet us on Sunday July 28 at 9am at the Morning Cycles workshop (Chaussée de Louvain 329, 1030 Schaerbeek) for a summer outing! Departure around 9:30am after a good coffee, croissant and a quick mechanical check-up for those who wish.
This time, a 60 km route takes us north to the Hazewinkel estate, where a tasty refreshment station will be set up by the water. There's also time for a refreshing swim. Then it's back to Brussels. The entire route is flat and rolling, accessible to all types of bikes.
To each his own. Navigate with your GPS bike or smartphone, integrating the GPX file of the route to remain autonomous throughout the outing. The GPX file will be sent to you by e-mail before the outing.
Don't forget to bring:
🚴 A helmet
💧 Two water bottles
☀️ Sunscreen
🍪 Some energy bars
🛠️ Something to repair a puncture
🏖️ A swimsuit and towel for swimming
The outing costs €5.00 per participant and includes coffee, croissant and a quick mechanical check at the start, as well as refreshments at the halfway point.
